Chakra Dancing is a unique practice that combines intuitive movement, music, breathwork, and guided visualization to help balance your energy centers, release emotional blockages, and restore harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. As you journey through each chakra, you'll reconnect with yourself, awaken your inner vitality, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply refreshed.
Led by Dag, a certified Chakra Dancing Practitioner, each session is thoughtfully designed for small groups of up to 7 participants, creating an intimate, welcoming, and supportive environment. With plenty of personal guidance and space to move freely, you'll feel comfortable expressing yourself while sharing the uplifting energy of the group.
